EXPECTATIONS

The role includes the management of all production staff, execution of risk management plan and facilitating communication between producers and external/internal partners and managing client expectations

• Participate in production decisions concerning new project setup

 

• In collaboration with sales and pre-sales teams, ensure the schedules are established early and executed in a timely manner

 

• Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule

 

• Ensure that the production is cost effective, efficient, ready for the future

 

• Plan out Studio resourcing model

 

• Monitor production processes for optimal operations

 

• Coordinate and integrate different departments

 

• Work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals

 

• Coach, train, and motivate team
