Job 1044 Product Developmet Technician

Our client is US food company

Assist the new product development (NPD) process to develop products from initial concept through production of assigned product categories, involve in brainstorm and define the product definition, conduct internal & external product testing.
Develop, construct recipe/ applications that enhancing the product benefits to support the launch of NPD.
Conduct product instruction to associates on the new product launch; conduct product demo, training, workshop and seminars to support the launch.
Document all the materials including recipe/ applications, product definition/ information/ benefits, report of internal and external testing of the products to utilize for training/ workshop/ seminars…
Coordinate with and support technical team to organize/ participate in product demo, training, mini – workshop (once a month) and keep update with bakery/ FS application and trend.
Continue to update with bakery/ FS trend in the market, through monthly market visit to identify new opportunity for NPD and report to marketing team on opportunity discussion.
