• Lead and manage process team assigned to you
• Be responsible for the operational efficiency of production line
• Drive for results of Key performance indicators for responsible process
• Accountable for Safety, quality, waste and cost for that specific process
• Coordinate with different process and functions like quality assurance and maintenance and take prompt action to solve process problems to ensure safety and product quality
• Drive WCM activities in factory and support overall pillar progress
• Coordinate with counterparts in different factories and clusters to understand and implement improvements
• Be the conduit between global process organization (SCO/IBM) and the factory
• Lead and drive improvement projects in factory

Requirements:

• Process Oriented thinking
• 5-6 years experience in Production or Process Improvement field, preferably in printing/ packaging industry
• Knowledge of machine/equipment and loss eradication methodology
• Exposure to transnational culture and work practices
• Ability to work with teams and build networks across
• Informed business partner
• Knowledge of TPM/WCM and understanding of its concepts and route
• Fluent in English language
• Good communication skills
• Organized with eye for details
