Job Description:
Assist the Sales Director in developing and implementing business plan for Key customers and Specialists in line with company strategy to achieve sales and profit objectives.
Incorporate customer and market requirements with sales strategy to maximize profitable sales opportunities.
Successfully negotiate annual contract with customers: Business review with customers to show our best level of partnership; Minimize the cost and maximize sales & profit growth for the company.
Maximize product assortment in respective customers by listing “Must Carry Items”, including new products and brands: Get product training from Marketing; Analyze pros & cons and set the strategy for each customer, including competitors analysis; Present to customers and get listing with proper merchandising support.
Develop and implement Promotions with customers: Develop annual promotional calendar for each customer with break through ideas; Prevent conflict with competitors’ promotions.
Share market intelligence, business issues, EDI and other market info with relevant people: Analyze EDI to understand consumer off-take and reflect to sales forecast; Gather market info during store check and meeting with customers, and share with Marketing or other relevant team for necessary follow up actions
Requirement:
University graduate, over 5 years of experience in sales in consumer products
Communication and negotiation skill
Understanding of the channel structure, market and customers
Good trade knowledge and relationship
Product knowledge
Self initiatives and highly independent to perform
