Job Description:

Main responsibilities

  • Build and execute merchandising strategies for long term, mid-term and short term.
  • Manage all product categories. Ensure the product margin according to the Company policy.
  • Build strong partnerships with suppliers and manage all of them.
  • Search, collect&analyze market information, quickly procure the product which is trendy, timely, customer needed.
  • Develop business plans & sales plans for each month, special occasions, and seasons.
  • Co-operate with suppliers to operate promotion campaign, advertisement events in order to increase sales volume.
  • Analyze product performance on site, customer feedback and backend management to optimize product categories.
  • Prior examination of product quality and regulation. Ensure product quality standards & procedures are maintained.
  • Prepare plans for product broadcasting. Plan all activities to make product high competitive and ideal in TV channel & e-commerce website.
  • Monitor product delivery plan from suppliers to the Company’s warehouses.
  • Monitor product inventory & build plans for stock clearance.
  • Lead & coach employees.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Directors.

Requirements

  • University graduate.
  • At least 3 years in relevant positions.
  • Have expertise of product category and ability to catch customer needs.
  • Have capability of analyzing market environment and trend to set a core selling point.
  • Understand of manufacturing industry and retail business.
  • Able to interact with third parties effectively.
  • Strong organizational and management skills.
  • Good communication in English.
