POSITION SUMMARY

The Operation Management Trainee Program is designed for MBA graduates who have graduated in 2017 and are keen to develop their careers in the Agri Supply Chain Industry. 

The selected candidates will undergo 6 months intense training on Origination, Plantation, Processing and F&A to learn about the agri supply chain industry sector. The candidate will get oriented on products including Coffee, Spices, Edible Nuts, Rice and support function.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fresh MBA/MIB Graduates from top B-Schools with major in Marketing/ Agribusiness/  Operations (full time program)
• Having proficiency in English both oral and written
• Willing to be based in any of the operating locations of company.
