Development functions :
- To develop regions of the company.
- Evaluate prices, distribution channels, and marketing outlets
- Meet with farmers, C1s, C2s and sub PPD to obtain market data from each region.
- Create questionnaires and surveys
- Create reports that analyze competition and customers
- Offer insights about product potentials.
- Identification of best prospects in targeted segments
- Supervision and conducting of marketing activities, such as farmer meetings, demo fields. Ensuring activities are properly executed, meeting targets and achieving results
- Collection of market data related to business objectives
- Preparation of monthly report
Survey functions :
- Focus on growing existing accounts and expanding new dealers in each region.
- Assess customer's needs
- Develop sales strategies in tandem with sales department.
- Collaborate with the regional sales to build strategic plans to identify and close selling opportunities at dealers and farmers
- Oversee and evaluate market research and adjust sales strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
- Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
- Direct research in market intelligence and business development
- Clear targets and timeline for each project.
- Look after corporate interests at all times and contribute towards corporate developments and address issues across departments for problem solving.
- Preparation of monthly report
Research & Development funtions :
- Develop new market segments, new target group
- Work with R&D on new registrations and product development
Requirements:
- Knowledge and education level: University graduated
- Good knowledge in agricultural production, pest and disease management, development of pests and diseases. Group management and Good relationship with related organizations
- Five-years-experience in the similar position
