Job Description:

What You'll Do

  • Identify new sales opportunities (direct and via agencies) and convert them into Tyroo (Snapchat) customers
  • Support in sales by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Drive advertiser engagement and revenue through Direct Advertisers and agencies
  • Develop professional and technical knowledge of Snapchat by attending training sessions
  • Educate Clients through training, business reviews, and product updates
  • Continually review performances of Advertiser and agency accounts to ensure high level of delivery
  • Partner with technical and account management teams within Snapchat and Tyroo
  • Serve as an internal POC for key clients - managing & optimizing for performance, collaborating with account teams and escalating niche issues internally
  • Optimize campaigns on Snapchat for post-install goals using proprietary tools and dashboards; making recommendations to client-facing team to enhance customer strategies
  • Critically assess team processes and own process improvements
  • Execute customer communications via telephone or email, in line with standards and procedures
  • Create formal plans and present them to potential customers
  • Deliver high levels of customer relationship management, satisfaction, and interaction
  • Report on the status of sales processes regarding both existing and potential customers

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 2-4 years work experience within internet space or online marketing experience; digital advertising industry background (preferably from the gaming industry)
  • Fluency in English And Vietnamese language is a must
  • Willingness to travel Domestic and Internationally (Must hold a valid Passport)
  • Advanced Excel experience
  • Sound knowledge of Ad Trafficking and MMP ecosystem (Hands on experience on Facebook, Google and other Ad Networks will be preferred)
  • Ability to deliver strong commercial results; demonstrated experience in exceeding aggressive revenue goals
  • Ability to resolve issues; ability to work in fluid environment
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasive skills across all levels
  • Good understanding of digital advertising business, technology and competing products
