Job Description:

Essential Functions:
- Actively drive sales, new buiness and new customer acquisition
- Plan and initiate sales and marketing strategy
- Review category and product performance to take prompt action in case of establish new business or even sales volume does not meet target
- Develop and manage trading terms, agreements and negotiations with key account customers
- Create and manage best-in-class sales and account management
- Visit customers to identify needs, resolve problems and update information on competitors and market trends.
- Be a customer business partner by advised and supported on the opportunity to growth of their business.
- Work with product and technical teams to make sales plans and strategies in Vietnam marketing to increase sales revenue.
- Achieve customer satisfaction, and maximize company’s profit.
- Follow market developments including sales, competitors and customers.
- Monitor competitors' activities, potential tenders.
- Coordinate with production and technical team on new product launches
-Ad hoc as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Strong sales/market development in food industry (B to B business) is a must
- Experience in sales with existing customer networks of commodities, e.g. potato starch, modified starch, corn starch and etc...
- Experience in sales with existing customer networks of specialties: emulsifier, stabilizer, flavor and etc
- Good understanding about food ingredient market in Vietnam
- With technical background in food ingredients and additives will be preferred
- Experiences in Dairy, Flavor, Tea Powder, Food additives in confectionary, bakery, beverage business.
- Proven engagement skills, including relationship building, negotiating and closing.
- Fluently in English
- Import & Export great ideas.
- Excellent skill of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
