Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration and achieve sales targets.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify new opportunities.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports. Negotiate contracts with 

off-trade retailers.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key off-trade and on-trade accounts, distributors, and retailers.
Conduct regular meetings with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.

Team Leadership and Development:

Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives.
Set performance goals and monitor the performance of the sales team.
Provide coaching and support to ensure team members meet their sales targets.

Product Promotion and Marketing:

Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Organize and participate in trade shows, events, and product demonstrations.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Sales Operations and Reporting:

Ensure efficient sales operations, including order processing, delivery, and payment collection.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
