Job Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Quoting customers through CRM and maximise the quote opportunity

• Strategic face to face customer contact to maintain and develop sales/relationships where applicable

• Develop and deliver B2B go to market sales strategies in Vietnam.

• Develop sales channels – customers selling to Enterprises, Education, Government sectors

• Market & demonstrate Midwich products to various customers and end users

• Report on key deals and metrics, highlighting and managing these on a weekly basis.

• Keep an active pipeline of opportunities to achieve sales goals.

• Report sales figures monthly, quarterly, and annually, presenting back information to senior management with actions.

• Work with vendors to drive sales & marketing activities where appropriate.

• Demonstrates and apply values.

• Is aware of and ensuring activity is being driven on all opportunities within their team.

• Ensures customers are getting the high service levels, attention, and contact.

• Has strong commercial awareness of competitor activity and market trends.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 10 years’ sales and business development experience in AV Industry

• Diploma or Degree in Management or Technical Discipline

• Work independently and proactively

• Strong commercial background

• Prior International transactional experience would be an advantage

• Highly organised with sense of urgency and strong attention to detail.

• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills in English & Vietnamese.

• Experience formulating sales budgets and objectives

• CRM/ERP, Excel, Word, Outlook
