Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Achieve AOP targets as assigned.
  • To execute sales strategy and drive the sales of RPC products to achieve sales, profit and other financial targets as assigned by the company.
  • To enable the development, alignment and implementation of the sales and marketing plan
  • To update market trend and customer trend to maximize opportunity for growth.
  • Key Account Management
  • To meet with distributors and wholesalers on a regular basis.  Management of pricing in the market (distributor/wholesaler/end user level).  Provide solution to any trouble shooting in supply chain with distributor/wholesalers, products issues…
  • To conduct market visits and promote sales.  To understand market dynamics and driver for growth. 
  • To monitor closely market and competitor activities and provide analysis and recommendations to define route to markets, competitor strategies.
  • To manage the day-to-day activities of the area sales team including staffing, training, expenditure, budget control, performance coaching, monitoring.
  • To coordinate seminars and demonstrations for distributors, wholesalers and end users in conjunction with the Marketing Manager and Trade marketing and Digital Marketing.
  • To submit regular sales and management reports timely as required by the management to aid in management decision.
  • To submit the sales forecast of the area assigned
  • To collect and manage sale orders from customers at the levels to provide the consistent supply.
  • To recruit new Associates and provide training Associates to align with Rich’s culture and to provide positive encouragement to the right people, at the right place and the right time.
  • To provide clear expectations or accountabilities to the subordinates and to ensure Associates work as a team.
  • To ensure the on - going quarterly conversation with the subordinates in the positive manner to drive the Associates engagement and performances.
  • To assist in ad- hoc projects from time to time

Education, Experiences and Skills

  • Bachelor degree, major in food technology will be a plus;
  • 1-3 years’ experience in food& beverage or foodservice industries will be a plus;
  • With rich knowledge and skill in pastry or bakery;
  • With basic knowledge of sales channel;
  • Good communication skill, like to deal with all kinds of people, communication and report in English
  • Can travel frequently.
