Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Expansion: Identify and assess new international markets (India) and develop market-entry strategies. Research and analyze market trends, competition, and regulatory requirements.
  2. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve export sales targets. This includes setting sales goals, forecasting, and creating strategies to penetrate new markets while maximizing sales opportunities in existing markets.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners. Act as the main point of contact for international customers, addressing their inquiries and providing exceptional service.
  4. Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with international clients. Draft and review export contracts to protect the interests of the company.
  5. Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to monitor international market conditions, including pricing, demand, and emerging trends. Use data and insights to make informed decisions.
  6. Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, achievements, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Export Manager or in a similar role within  India market.
  • Strong knowledge of international sales processes, export regulations, and trade compliance.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
