Responsible for the set-up of the retail store operations from store visual displays to merchandising, operations and sales
Oversee and have direct reporting line from Area Manager and Store Managers
Ensure quality control of the customer experience, stock inventory management, product lines mix, store environment, store sales targets, etc.
In charge of recruiting, training, appraising and supervising staff
Responsible for developing and managing Profit & Loss KPI targets for the National network as well as individual stores; bonus will be based on achievement, exceeding set targets
Building infrastructure for stores across the country
Site planning, opening new stores across the country
Requirements
University Graduate
At least 10 years of management position (preferred in retail management)
