Position: Recruitment Consultant Trainee

?What You’ll Do

Maintain a proactive sales mindset and never give up on achieving targets and goals.
Conduct thorough searches and screenings of candidates, perform interviews, and prepare shortlists for clients.
Organize and arrange interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless process.
Follow up on the status of interviews with both clients and candidates, providing timely feedback to all parties involved.
Assist clients in successfully placing candidates in suitable job positions.
Strive to meet and exceed personal and team targets, ensuring overall success.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to gain valuable marketing insights.
Leverage relationships to ensure trust and satisfaction from both clients and candidates.
Develop and enrich the database, including both client and candidate information, to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.

University degree and transcript in Economics, Marketing, Tourism, Commerce
Excellent English skills.
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
Can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
Proficient in MS Office.
Strong desire to build a career in headhunt
