Job Description:

What You’ll Do:

WORKING WITH CLIENTS:

  • Targeting potential clients and making presentations for headhunting services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to promote service quality,
  • Negotiating contracts with clients and following up for client satisfaction.
  • Advising clients on selecting suitable candidates for their vacancies

WORKING WITH CANDIDATES:

  • Search & screen candidates, conduct interviews, send shortlists to clients
  • Arrange interviews for clients & candidates
  • Follow up on interview status with both clients and candidates and provide feedback to both parties
  • Ensure self-target and team targets are achieved
  • Build and maintain a good relationship with candidates for marketing insight.
  • Database development & enrichment, including client and candidate database

What You Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field preferred.
  • 1 + years in recruitment, headhunting, or sales.
  • Proven client relationship management and recruitment experience.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication in English and Vietnamese.
  • Strong presentation and advisory skills.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and interview skills.
