Job Description

Position Objectives:

• Oversee and manage technical operations within the production process.
• Take responsibility for identifying and reporting technical issues affecting production.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce product scrap rate (CIP).
• Resolve technical challenges to ensure smooth production operations.
• Schedule technicians effectively for mold maintenance and shift work.
• Conduct training and assessments for production technical staff.
• Analyze customer complaints and develop preventive measures.
• Lead new projects and processes to address technical issues in production.
• Improve production efficiency and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Control costs related to paint and ink materials.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead initiatives for new projects and processes aimed at solving technical challenges.
• Optimize engineering processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and implement management plans to ensure smooth production operations.
• Recruit, train, manage, and evaluate employees according to production requirements.
• Address customer complaints and significant quality issues with effective solutions.
• Analyze and resolve problems related to painting and screen printing processes.
• Support the implementation of 6S and EHS systems.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and report to supervisors as needed.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Over 5 years of professional technical experience in silk screen printing, spray painting, and pad printing industries, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Familiarity with production staffing, planning, training, and assessment processes.
• Fluency in both Chinese and English communication.
• Proficiency in office software applications.
• Knowledge of injection molding or forming technology and basic understanding of automation.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, especially under pressure.
