- Responsible
for developing overall marketing strategy and competitive growth
strategies for a product line.
- Monitors
and reports on the positioning of the product in the market to all the
areas to allow suitable decision-making.
- Recommends and oversees the execution of sales objectives and promotional
programs.
- Develops sales and marketing objectives for a line
of products including sales volume and profit forecasts.
- Manages marketing policy, sales promotion,
distribution and pricing strategies.
- Co-ordinates between distribution centers and sales
forces.
- Interprets market research and customer response to
product line.
- Advises management on consumer trends and feedback.
- Manages and trains marketing representatives.
- Guidance received: follow
general policies and procedures.
- Complexity of analysis: develops
new solutions to identified and defined problems by collecting and analyzing
information.
- Impact of decisions: moderate
impact on profit enhancements, cost reduction, or operating efficiency with
short-term impact.
Requirement
- Education: University degree
- Experience: 4 to 5 years’ experience
