DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To be responsible to develop, deploy, supervising, validate quality standards, quality management system, quality control plan, and condition management from begin to end to ensure product quality meets customer expectation.
- Understands and applies principles, theories, concepts, techniques, and standards of professional field.
- Good working knowledge and demonstrated ability utilizing systems, tools, and procedures to accomplish job.
- Developing professional skills and knowledge
- Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
- Exercises judgement within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
- Prepares reports having others review for content and writing capability; participates in meetings, expresses opinions, offers ideas, and listens effectively; able to answer questions that are concise and to-the-point; able to tailor the explanation/presentation to the audience.
- Establishes productive internal and external working relationships.
- Works under general supervision.
- Follows established directions.
- Able to complete routine work, receives detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in engineering or sciences, prefer from the field of optics engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or industrial engineering.
- At least 2 years in a similar role at international manufacturing company.
- Experience in process quality control.
- Experience of quality tool: FMEA, SPC, 5Whys, Problem solving, ISO 9001.
- Be able to communicate and write in English.
- Work independently with limited supervision.
