QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:
Minimum of 3 years educational background in marketing-communication or animal
science or nutrition supplemented by a minimum experience of 2-3 years in the agriculture
food and beverages, consumer products.
Skills:
Perfect knowledge of ADOBE and OFFICE software
Marketing mix
Knowledges of the agriculture
Project management
Languages:
Fluent in English, French is an important asset, other Asian languages is a plus
Competences:

- Reactivity - Organized - Capable of managing several tasks at the same time


JOB DESCRIPTION
• Strategic Marketing – Planning and monitoring – follow up of the marketing
activities for different territories.
• Market analysis support in relation with the needs of the different territories
(import data analysis, competitor-product analysis, competitive intelligence)
• Presenting report to clients (market trends, hot topics…)
• Contact point between headquarter and Asia & facilitate the support to the local
teams
• Check the consistency of the communication of the different divisions in the area
(animal care, plant care, corporate group)
• Elaboration, promotion, development of communication media – print – digital
tools in compliance with the company's graphic charter (brochures, product sheets,
newsletters, mailings, posters, presentations, webinars, magazine creation, etc.)
o Negotiation with service providers and monitoring of tool manufacturing
(agencies, printers, translators, etc.)
o Internal document management and updating
• Press: negotiate, plan and distribute advertisements, press releases and technical
articles in local magazines in the area concerned.
• Events: Management of local/regional events to support the communication of
projects. (seminars, fairs, meetings)
• Ordering and managing the stock of promotional items for the different territories
• Back up Office, administrative: provision of marketing material according to targets
(subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, etc.)
• Collaboration for the development of the budget and monitoring / compliance with
the budget.
• Sales Team support in the Customer – Key Accounts follow-up and monitoring
