Marketing and Technical manager based at our office in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam. Reporting directly to Client Vietnam General Manager.
Job scope:
- Ensure that all the strategy of each product is well defined and formalized into
- The company format to ensure that we stay consistent in our technical communication
- Ensure that Client 6-month rolling marketing and technical agenda is well defined gathering the list of all the technical and marketing actions to be implemented
- Ensure that our sales team are regularly and effectively trained both on products features and positioning and overall nutrition concepts
- Ensure that our technical messages are well communicated and understood by our customers by assisting our sales team during customers visits through technical presentations
- Ensure that we maximize Client positive perception from our customers by offering consulting of international experts and provide premium analytical and formulation assistance whenever it is economically, technically, and commercially relevant
- Ensure that Client is visible through all the communication channel (website, magazine, social networks, associations, conferences wherever it is
- possible to deliver an image of trustful, expert, and innovative company
- Ensure that all product trials are organized professionally, that data are deeply and creatively analyzed so that you can provide constructive sales elements to our sales team
- Ensure that every field technical request is handled timely, rigorously, and exhaustively to reinforce customers and sales team trust
- Ensure that all technical information on all our products (all species included) is well organized in Library file, well designed, easily accessible to all our sales team and widely spread to all our customers in order to support our sales process and promote the expertise of our company
- Support Client Vietnam regulatory officer anytime there is a customer claim on products involving technical and/or analytical issues
Requirement:
- Education: Graduated from Animal husbandry or Animal Science
- At least 7 years’ experience in the field of animal nutrition with some past records in sales and marketing areas and people management.
- Strong technical expertise in Monogastric nutrition.
- Deep understanding of the key nutritional and non-nutritional benefits of each animal feed additives family and an updated knowledge of the different players on these markets.
- Comfortable in building and presenting highly technical products and promote premium products by underlining superior performance and lead customers to calculate economical return on performance.
- Well organized with a special attention to the respect of deadlines.
- Fuelled by the passion for convincing your audience on the concepts that you are communicating.
- Can energize the team around you with a constructive approach when facing difficulties.
