Job Description:

Job Purpose/Job Mission

The role is responsible for leading and overseeing all sales operations, managing the sales team, and driving growth in both incremental and new sales while reducing customer churn. The position involves building and overseeing the entire sales department, including sales management, account management, business analytics, and channel development. Collaboration with Customer Support, Finance, Marketing, and other sales teams is essential to ensure the delivery of an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with BUs and HoS to determine the most effective direct sales approach by business area or region.
  • Develop innovative sales strategies focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and generating revenue, particularly in the Animal Nutrition Business.
  • Conduct research and analysis to assess the sales department's performance, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to senior management.
  • Manage relationships with multinational key customers.
  • Represent the business at trade shows, sales workshops, seminars, and other events.
  • Expand and strengthen the customer network in Vietnam.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, budget, and forecast monthly sales.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, staying informed about consumer, competitor, and market trends.
  • Analyze market trends to develop sales plans aimed at increasing brand awareness.
  • Train and mentor sales team members, establish targets, and assess their performance
