Job Description:

 

1.Job overview:

The International Sales Manager will work closely with the Sales teams (Regional Sales Leads / Local Sales Leads) to conceptualize & implement agendas in the sales nationwide and anchor specific interventions with the Sales Leaderships to provide long term business growth, while helping achieve Company's business objectives.

2. Main responsibilities and duties

  • Looking for new customers, new markets for Pepper, Cinamon cassia products
  • Set the targets and manage the Sales activities to get targets of Sales department.
  • Review the contracts to ensure that Spices Factory can meet the customer requirement of legal requirement of concerning markets in term of Quality and Food Safety.
  • Validate the customer satisfaction yearly. This evaluation is used to review and improve the Food Safety Management System.
  • Collect all complaints, claims and other information from customers and inform to Factory to do the investigation, correction, and improvement.
  • Inform to customer the issues relating to the Quality and Food Safety
  • Establish the procedures, instruction guidelines according to ISO 22000, BRC, HACCP, AIB standards for all Production Plants.
  • Other work which is assigned by HOD.

6. Qualifications and experiences:

  • University graduate (or higher) is needed: International Economic, Business Administration, Marketing...
  • At least 8 years’ experience in customer development and sales products management role, Knowledge and experience in Food ingredients is preferable.
  • Change Management experience.
  • Computer literacy: Proficiency in computer skills, esp. in excel worksheet and PowerPoint.
  • Able to travel across the country and abroad when required.
  • Other Qualifications: Proven strong business process oriented and ability to work across function and with global cooperate and external.
  • Language: fluent English in 4 skills.
