Job Description

Purpose:
To strategically lead and optimize the entire supply chain, ensuring alignment with business objectives, enhancing operational efficiency, mitigating risks, and delivering maximum value to customers and the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals.
  • Forecast market demand changes and prepare proactive solutions.
  • Design and improve efficient supply chain processes, including purchasing, storage, distribution, and operations.
  • Establish contingency systems and supply chain risk management to ensure no disruptions in emergencies.
  • Effectively negotiate with suppliers to minimize dependency on a single source.
  • Seek ways to optimize inventory, transportation, and purchasing costs without compromising product or service quality.
  • Enhance operational performance through technology adoption and automation.
  • Build, train, and engage a high-performing supply chain team.
  • Measure and improve performance using KPIs like OTIF and inventory turnover.
  • Drive innovation and identify improvement opportunities to create competitive advantages.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 5–7 years of experience in supply chain or logistics management, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in developing and optimizing supply chain processes, including:
    • Demand forecasting and planning.
    • Inventory management and operational cost optimization.
    • Supplier negotiation and management.
  • Experience with supply chain management technologies such as SAP, ERP, WMS, TMS, or equivalent systems.
  • Knowledge of supply chain performance indicators (KPIs), such as OTIF, Inventory Turnover, Transportation Cost vs. Revenue, Order Fulfillment Rate.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
  • Fluent in English, especially in communication with international suppliers.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in managing or participating in digital transformation projects within the supply chain.
