Responsibilities:

• Define and own the overall product vision and roadmap for the super app, encompassing ride-hailing and all additional services.
• Conduct in-depth market research and user analysis to identify new opportunities and unmet customer needs.
• Led the development of a data-driven product roadmap, prioritizing features and functionalities based on user needs, market trends, and business objectives.
• Craft compelling product narratives and work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to drive adoption, as well as business development and operation teams for growing business execllent.
• Build and manage a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and ownership.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data Science teams to ensure seamless product development and execution.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and hold teams accountable for delivering on product goals.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities to enhance our offerings.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the technology or on-demand services industry.
• Proven track record of leading the development and launch of successful consumer-facing products.
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX), customer experience (CX) principles, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Data-driven decision-making skills with experience in working with product analytics.
• A deep understanding of the Southeast Asian market (or similar emerging markets) is a plus.
• High adaptability and flexibility to the rapid changes of the business.
• High responsibility and diligence.
• Fluency in English.
• Highly ownership, Can-Do attitude with dusty hands by working as ONE team over the star player, support, collaborate and sync up with colleagues and cross-functional teams.
