About the job:
As Head of Marketing, you will plays the role of Building up the MKT strategy and orientation for mid and long term, Uncover insights to market, executing each marketing plan, Measuring the effectiveness of marketing projects, Monitoring established key performance indicators (KPIs), Beside, optimizing future plans to meet broader goals.
Role responsibilities
1. Marketing Planning
a. Marketing and product strategy, business plan, and budget preparation
b. Develop the mid and long-term growth strategy: Address the market trend, technology and consumer trend, develop 3-5 years growth plan products and market segment wise.
c. Develop the market intelligence activity: Define and execute demand research, competitor’s movement, consumer insights, technology trend and operational tactics
2. ATL Activities Management
a. Corporate and Product visualization Management
b. ATL Activities management such as activities ROI (TVC, Online / Digital, OOH, PR / CSR, Brand Event)
c. Zalo, Tiktok, Facebook account management (Advertisement / content, Traffic, Consumer in-sight management)
d. Dr. Map Program
3. BTL Activities Management
a. Business Development Activity management: Demo, Technical Meeting, Crop Events, Product Events
b. Product Management Activity management : Product pricing and competitor benchmarking, Product technical roadmap, rebate Sell-in
c. Farmer Activity management: Farmer Club, CRS event
d. POSM Production and Installation: Designation, production and installation, Vendor management.
e. Trade Promotion management: Develop and execute the sell-out promotion program, Monitor, measure and analyze the efficiency and ROI of marketing initiatives and programs, and maintain the data quality of the marketing database
f. New product launching: Develop, implement and coordinate with partners and stakeholders to drive effective marketing plans, the promotional calendar for new products launching.
4. Budget Management
a. ATL, BTL Budget management: Approve the budget execution, Vendor selection and management, Employee advance management
b. Department Operating Budget management: Department operating expenses management
5. Team Management
a. HR planning and organization chart development
b. Team KPI management
c. Performance dialogue
d. Training management
6. SOP and policy development Develop and SOP, Policies and monitor the compliance from the department
