Job Responsibilities:

Execute operational tasks in customer service as directed by the Manager/Branch Director, ensuring adherence to service standards. Tasks include:

• Compiling presentation files and necessary documents for client meetings, gathering client data, and collaborating with insurers for quotations.
• Organizing insurance policies and tracking updates from insurers.
• Monitoring premium payments with both clients and insurers.
• Managing correspondence, addressing client inquiries, and liaising with the Manager/Branch Director for client responses.
• Maintaining filing and documentation.
• Undertaking other customer service and sales administrative duties as delegated.

Job Requirements:

• Female candidate preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• At least 2 years of experience and/or knowledge in the non-life insurance sector.
• Diligent, attentive, and proactive in learning.
• Strong communication and time management abilities.
