Job Description:
1. Establish and foster relationship
with customer front line people;
2. Provide immediate response to
customer upon request;
3. Support plant QA through
following activities -
- Verification of defective units as
claimed by customer
- Return of defective units to plant
for failure analysis
- Rework/repair/replacement of
defective boards
- Batch sorting at customer’s site to
avoid line down
- Arrangement of sorting house per
plant’s instruction
- Sub-contraction of PCB/PCBA
rework/repair
- Follow-up on trial run/control run
at customer’s line
- Visit customer regularly to show
our concern about product quality;
- Attend customer quality review
meeting as assigned by superior;
- Share quality performance data at
customer’s factory when available;
- Collect customer
feedback/comments through Customer Satisfaction Survey;
- Obtain customer process parameter
(reflow profile, manual soldering temperature etc) as required;
- Help plant to eliminate gap or
misunderstanding with customer;
- Audit & qualify sorting
house suppliers.
Job Requirements:
- Education/Experience: Bachelor
and/or above
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Over 3
years QA/PE experience of PCB and some PCBA is best
- Certificates/Licenses/Registrations:
N/A
- Others: English and Native language
