2. C&B Manager
Manage the whole C&B function of a group of garment plants of about 2,000 -3,000 employees. Set up a fair, reasonable, competitive, motivate C&B and reward policy. Conduct job evaluation, market salary survey. Manage insurances , payroll & benefits administration, PIT , HR budget and HR cost management. Set up salary payment methods b/o piece rate.
Requirements :
·Bachelor in HRM/Business Management/Economics/Finance & Accounting
·Min. 3- year experience in similar post with foreign manufacturing companies with the H/C size of +1000, preferably in garment industry
·Good at English in written and oral communication and Ms office : word, excel, power point
·Master in Labour Code, PIT
·Good at management skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills, presentation skills , analyzing & solving problems skills, planning & organizing skills, good analytical and numerical skills
·Mature, proactive, high responsibility, business mindset, teamwork, open for learning and changes, ability to work under high pressure, detailed & careful.
