Job Description:

Report to: Country Manager

Job Description:

  • Building a strong pipeline of potential customers, which will focus on signing up of long-term power supply contracts from renewables parks.
  • Drive the pre-sales, sales, and after-sales process with customers, be the key person contact for customers within the Company, with the support from technical team.
  • Organize site visits and work with the other teams for commercial deals, collect necessary technical information for the preliminary proposal (electricity bills, drawings of building, layout, financial reports, etc.).
  • Networking and events participation: enhance presence and visibility in the country;
  • Be involved in the analysis and negotiation of contract terms, planning, and pricing with customers and contractors. Coordinate with other teams to meet project timelines and quality standards.
  • Maintaining the work records in the ERP.
  • Attend the weekly meeting and other periodical meeting with Headquarter.

Requirement:

  • Sales background/ or any other relevant.

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of professional sales experience at the same level in Renewable Energy Projects (Solar Rooftop, Solar farm, Energy Efficiency,…)

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Good English communication
  • Good understanding of the overall Sales Management activity, and extended Sales experience across industrial zones.
  • Strong understanding capacity of our businesses and relevant regulations.
  • Capacity to lead negotiation with customers, subcontractors, and partners.
  • Networking appetite, willingness to catch new clients, objective persistence.
  • Excellent international communication and coordination capacity.
  • Available for frequent national travels
  • Rigorous and organized mindset.
  • Native Vietnamese only.

Salary:

  • Attractive with Bonus basis, upon KPI achievement
