Job Description:

• Establishing a network of partners to aid in identifying suitable new and operational industrial parks for analysis and consideration for investment in grid infrastructure.
• Cultivating relationships with industrial park proprietors in Vietnam.
• Building and managing relationships with relevant governmental bodies involved in industrial park development endeavors.
• Proposing collaborative business models with industrial park proprietors regarding power grid infrastructure.
• Chairing negotiations and collaboration discussions with industrial park proprietors.
• Developing rooftop solar power and district cooling projects within industrial park premises.
• Spearheading proposals to engage in seminars and business forums pertaining to industrial park services.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 10 years of experience in industrial park development or related services.
• Possession of an extensive network within the industrial park real estate sector.
• Experience in participating in investment or project management activities.
• Establishment of favorable relations with government agencies.
• Minimum 7 years of managerial experience.
• Ability to travel within the Northern region.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in Chinese communication is advantageous for candidates.
