Job Desciption:

  • Coordinate and manage the VP's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Works closely and effectively with the Vice President to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and necessary documentation.
  • Attend meetings as required, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between the VP and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Draft and edit correspondence, emails, and other communications on behalf of the VP.
  • Manage and organize confidential information, documents, and files.
  • Conduct research and compile reports as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or Marketing; prefer candidates overseas.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with coworkers and external partners.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Expert-level written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written
