Job description:

1. Line Audit: Check periodically the status of Customer Application Line to ensure the suitable condition to apply to powder. The cases to make Line Audit: New customers, new products, Approval Applicator, other requests.
2. Line Trial: Take part in First trial of powder at customer line. Manage the status of customer line to make it is suitable with condition of powder and ensure that our product performance is reach customer expectation.
3. Reporting: Make report for customer, including evaluate and suggest about customer line,...
4. Customer Training: Base on the condition of our powder, give to customer information and notes to apply our powder successfully
5. Approval Applicator: Manage and monitor the status of Approval Applicator to arrange schedule for renewing the certificate
6. Customer Complaining: Collect the information about customer issues, investigate the reason and make a solution to solve customer complaint as soon as possible

Requirement:

Qualifications: Degree in Chemistry or Engineering
Experience: Technical experience in powder coatings industry
Skill: Presentation; Communication and Problem Solving
