Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing direct relationships and drive new revenue for Cost per Install, CPC, Retargeting,CPM for Mobile
Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting, presenting, negotiating contract execution and collections.
Understand the client’s business goals, anticipate future needs and help determine optimal solutions to meet the client’s objectives.
Provide accurate and regular forecasts, pipeline and business updates.
Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales targets.
Represent company in relevant industry conferences.
Identify market trends and collaborate with the product team to deliver new solutions for the region.
Works as part of a team and closely with other departments within the company.

Qualifications:

3-6 years of brand Mobile Ad sales experience in mobile advertising required.
Ability to work Independently in a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous start-up environment.
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing product and respond strategically to customer needs.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of management, both inside and outside.
Experience meeting multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision.
Solution and detail oriented, with strong commercial/business acumen.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; verbal and written fluency of English.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or other related disciplines. MBA a plus.
