Responsibilities:

Develop go-to-market strategies
Build up and manage the team including: channel sales team, direct sales team, sales operation team
Optimize the sales operation and process by analyzing data, products, industry, organization and competitors
Develop strategic partnerships

Requirements:

A business builder with at least 3 years of significant business development. Experienced in sales and service team management, including organization structuring, commission rules planning (ideally in Fintech and/or consumer industry) in Vietnam
Good understanding of sales CRM system usage;
Self-motivated, determined with good communication and resources integration ability
Ability to have impact through cross-group collaboration and partnerships
Self-starter with an ability to creatively solve problems and drive decision making across complex circumstances
Strong communication and presentation abilities to audiences of varied sizes, levels, and disciplines
Ability to handle multiple, challenging projects and priorities simultaneously
Ability to succeed in a rapidly changing, agile environment where continuous innovation is requisite to success
Ability to leverage modern technologies in product thinking
Strong English communication skills both verbal and written is preferred.
