To liaise with government officers and ensure school compliance to all government authorities
To implement school Standard Operation Procedure
To oversee implementation of school curriculum, enrichment programme and school activities such as graduation concert
To manage teaching staff and to ensure sufficiency of academic resources
To be the main liaison person with parents
Prepare all necessary reports as specified in the Standard Operation Procedure
Be responsible for all fee collection and the keep-safe of the monies in school

Job Requirements

Must have the necessary qualification and experience and approved by the authorities (e.g. Education Department) to be the school Principal
Must be able to communicate in English
Must have matured personality and is able to handle situation with tact
Must be a good role model for all staff in the school
Must be dynamic and is able to multi-task
