Oversee and manage the finance & accounting function of the local business
Review, communicate and ensure effective implementation of the process, system control, policies and procedures
Prepare timely financial and management reporting, and conduct variance analysis
Prepare annual budget and perform the constant review of the budget utilization to drive operational efficiency
Responsible for all legal and tax-related matters and provide related updated information to Management and Head office.
Maintain all relevant statutory reporting requirements
Cash flow management and cash flow forecasts
Provide financial and business advice to Management
Maintain full-set of accounting records
Responsible for all operating and office payments
Liaise with and maintain key working relationships with external parties including but not limited to bankers, external auditors, lawyer, tax authority and relevant government authorities
Assist with regional country managers regarding various operational issues
Assist top management in analyzing issues and implementing changes
Perform ad hoc duties as and when required

The Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Finance & Accounting or other relevant qualification
Good working knowledge of the F&A applications (SAP)
Excellent communication skills, open minded, proactive, detail-minded and analytical thinking, ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong leadership, motivation, and managerial skills
Result driven and a self-starter, and willing to accept challenges and work under high pressure and tight deadlines
Good command of written and spoken English
