Responsibilities:

Interpreter both directions: Japanese to English and English to Japanese
Translate English to Japanese and Japanese to English
Provide accurate simultaneous interpretation for meetings during any hours required.
Accurately and quickly translate written documents as needed.
Organises day to day schedules and appointments of the CEO and Owners & Directors
Provide support to senior managers relative to scheduling and preparation of meetings, logistical arrangements, and communications.
Act as principal oral translator for the CEO and other foreign team members and consultants during meetings and for presentations and other communications.
Assist in the preparation of official translations of program documents and other communications materials.
Assist and coordinate with administrative staff on logistical preparations for conference, workshops, meetings and other events of the project.
Manage the filling system for CEO
Assist the Administration Support Officer to coordinate all travel related preparation and arrangements (air-tickets, lodging, transportation, visas etc) of the senior managers and staff (whenever required).
Assist foreign team members with any and all services they and their families may need for setting in and negotiating assistance.
Keep follow-up liaison and update with line agencies as required by CEO.
Doing the back up for other administrative members when it is required.
Carry out others tasks that may be required by the CEO, Acting CEO and HR Director from time to time
Be able to perform different tasks as assigned by the CEO, Acting CEO or HR Director

Requirements:

College graduate with a minimum of 5 years of English japanese Japanese english Interpreter, translating experience.
Experience in office management and administration.
Flexible, takes instructions well, and demonstrates initiative towards work
A good team player and can also work independently
Can work well under pressure & meet deadline
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Able to business trip to overseas
