Human Resource & Admin – Specialist

Location: Can Giuoc, Vietnam

Activities Expected:

1. Payroll Management:

Support to prepare Payroll
Prepare and follow up SHUI tasks like Close SI booklet, Insurance, prepare Increase & Decrease report, prepare Sick & Maternity claims, etc.
Register Tax code, PIT dependents as well as contact Tax Department to solve issues if any,
Alert contract expires and prepare contract renewal

2. Compliance of Environmental, Safety and other factory related legal activities/policies.

3. Recruitment:

Job posting, Resumes searching and collecting, Interview arrangement, Interview junior candidates

4. Prepare for new staffs working conditions and HR procedures

Maintain employee database system, ensuring all data are kept with highest confidentiality, updated accurately on timely basis by punctually updating of employees data (including leave, absence, changes of data). Sort and filing the documents of HR department
Assist in setting up human resources policies
Labor / Trade Union report

5. Managing Reception Activities:

6. Security Management

7. Organize all visa and work permit related issues for expatriate employees

8. Support other HR activities as well as the organization of staff activities upon request.

9. Perform and other tasks when necessary and upon assignment & carry out management vision.

Skills & Educational Certifications Required:

1. Bachelor’s degree preferably in HRM

2. Good English at writing and communication

3. At least 3 years of experience as working in HR Department in any manufacturing setup

4. Should know local laws related to labour, factory operations

5. Detail-oriented, Ability to work multi-tasks

6. Passionate in HR development

7. Willing to learn, Honest and careful
