Job Description:

Follow up factory production schedules and WIP. Work as continue improvement from production side
Generating and analyze production related reports
Communicate and liaison with sales subs for production issues and scheduling
Review product and material tests at vendors against approved standards, initiate report with recommendation for corrective action when needed
Monitor CSR compliance products and production methods (SAFE)
Lead all ad hoc projects, programs as window contact from Vietnam such Initiative, Golf priority, etc.
Review and improve the quality of reports: following business routine as well as ad hoc projects, programs
KPIs: Factory On time and Customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

Education: University or College graduated, preferably in marchandising, business management
IT Skills: MS Office
Professional: Product Knowledge, 5-10 years in merchandising and production in sourcing offices or manufacturing
Language skills: English and Vietnamese, Chinese is an advantage
