An Administration and Logistic Assistant will handle general administrative tasks, assist in daily office needs and manage our company’s general logistic activities.
Report directly to General Director (Expat)
Duties:

50% admin (support in doing quotation, process the order), 50% logistic (work with forwarder to complete customs clearance, deliver to customer)
Assist to handle documents for PIT, HR notification (New employees) & handover equipment
Manage the day-to-day operations of the office
Plan and schedule meetings and appointments
Follow up of office billing (rental, Government employee labor tax, electricity, phone…) daily

Requirements:

At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Trustworthy, detail-oriented, meticulous with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Can multitask and work independently.
Have a little bit accountant relevant experience is a plus
Strong English language verbal and written communication skills is a must.
