Job Responsibilities:

• Assist new clients in smoothly integrating our products, including training sessions, account setup, and coordinating with engineering for software configuration.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships, acting as their main point of contact for inquiries and resolutions.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure timely delivery of client requirements and enhance their experience.
• Monitor and report on key client success indicators, analyzing trends and suggesting improvements.
• Advocate for client needs within the company, working with various teams to prioritize and address client requirements.

Job Requirements:

• A degree in any field, with a preference for those with a background in healthcare.
• Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Interest in learning about technology products.
• Process-oriented mindset with a focus on execution.
• Ability to thrive in cross-team collaboration environments.
• Travel, both domestic and international, may be required for this role.
