Duties:

- Following up the import shipments and declare on the customs systems until the shipments got been in-house.

- Connect with customs department and solve all issues relating to the shipments.

- Control forwarding companies and outsource vendors and make plan for freight cost.

- Input cost on SAP/ERP software then give document to accounts department.

- Do customs report annual (manufacturing company)

- Support production team, sale team and accounts department for smoothly.

- Advise to BOD relating to customs, transportation, new rules and regulation from the government.

- Manage customs systems and import-export data. - Do report monthly to BOD.

Requirement: 

- At least 03 years of experience in multidisciplinary company. Good experienced in manufacturing company.

- Creative, “Out of Box” thinking, Can Do mind set, Multi-tasking, self-motivated, “team player”.

- Good communication in English.

- Working time: Mon-Sat, 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM
