-Supports HD function and Senior Management’s deployment of management development initiatives.
-Utilizes all aspects of HD data and systems management to effectively present the Human Development program offerings to potential customers as part of value proposition.
-Serves as a technical advisor to teams.
-Prepares and delivers written and oral presentations to current and prospective customers regarding Human Development program initiatives.
-Interacts with internal and external customers to answer questions around HD program offerings.
-Designs, develops, and maintains Human Development databases for all HD activities and initiatives.
-Manages HD data to ensure highest levels of data integrity and security including conducting frequent audits of data.
-Optimizes HD data to ensure accurate data for reporting, development and organizational decision making purposes.
-Works in partnership with global and regional HR teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment on all HD data and work with HR teams to resolve data integrity issues.
-Maintains discretion and confidentiality in all areas pertaining to HD data and proprietary information.
-Presents HD metrics and reports as defined.
-Coordinates of HD meetings, training and Org Reviews
-Coordinates HD organizational reviews sessions, and provides final quality check on materials prepared for meeting.
-Manages the HD training schedule for development programs and initiatives.
-Arranges and co-ordinates resources and supplies required for all HD meetings, activities and organizational reviews.
Education & Experience
-Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area.
-Plus 3 – 5 years general Human Resources or other relevant experience preferred.
-Good in Power Point presentations
-Experience in Human Development skills.
-Good to have Personal Behavior Indicator training and experience
