- Building HR strategic
- Human resource planning
- Deploy annual manpower plans
Recruiting
- Build annual HR budget
- Follow, control recruiting budget
- Join to build the standard capacity
- Interview and recruit staffs of all level
- Controlling the effectiveness of the recruitment cost
Training
- Assess the overall quality of training compared with the strategy, adjust / upgrade as needed
- Participate in building operational processes and testing center
- Develop training policies and promotion of all level
C&B
- Propose equity compensation and benefits policies
- Attending the salary survey, find out the salary of industry and propose.
Evaluated
- Build/ deploy and control the performance evaluation BSC / KPIs
Corporate culture
- Build and deploy Corporate culture
- Propose policies and procedures to preserve the cultural values

REQUIREMENTS:
- University Degree
