Main duties
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Ensure legal compliance
- Helping to maintain a positive working environment
Requirements
- Male/ Female, Vietnamese only, with core roles below:

- Personal KPI monitoring and reporting
- Remuneration benchmarking and setting
- Organisational Development
- Recruitment
- Legal (Contract, Labor Law, Insurance...)
- Policy development/implementation
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases

- Fluent in English
