1/. Recruitment:

  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Undertake tasks around performance management
  • Gather & Analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
  • Maintain employee files and records.

2/. C&B:

  • Coordinate to C&B Specialist for Ensuring the Compensation and benefit for Company's HR.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  •  Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations.

3/. Admin:

  • Coordinate to Admin for ensuring the admin tasks of HR Dept.

Requirements

  • Male/ Female.
  • BSc/BA in Business administration; Human resources or relevant field
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist in Construction or M&E industry.
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of Recruitment, interview, selection.
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
  • Good communication skills; problem-solving skill.
  • Fluent English is not required. Fairly good Reading & Writing is acceptable.

Working location: Thu Duc Dist., HCM City.
Salary: 18-25 MIL VND or can be dealed following to the capacibility.
