Manage a team: 3

Main duties

1. Convert the consumer value proposition, developed by business strategy into customer and shopper value proposition at the channel and customer level

2. Develop trade marketing strategy that is fully integrated with the company, category, brand strategy

3. Trade marketing programs creation, execution, and evaluation

  • Trade/consumer promotions including assortment, pricing, promotion, merchandising, activation
  • Define PoS, PoP drivers across category and channels
  • New channel/category development

6. Key accountabilities shared with sales

  • Attend sales plan deployment meeting with the team in order to understand key in-store business
  • drivers and priorities
  • Review sales performance
  • Distributor relationship (with sales team): Track and maintain information and performance of distributors in each region
  • Operating budget (with HR, sales team, trade marketing)
  • Trade marketing (with trade marketing): Gather and deploy trade marketing materials and plans, Manage administration (paperwork) of trade marketing program

Requirements

  • Male/ female, Vietnamese only.
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience of fields relating trade marketing management, category management, and sales exposure
  • Strong analytical skills both interpreting data, and facts, evidence of marketplace
  • Good at presentation skill.
