Responsibilites:

• To lead local Sales team in delivering budget set for Marine, Protective and Decorative segment
• To ensure fulfilment of SBU’s financial goals and objectives through formulation, implementation and follow up on strategic plan

Tasks:

• To recruit, develop and retain an industry leading sales team
• To operate an effective sales management process with extensive use of Dynamics CRM system
• To proactively expand customer base and increase market share
• To increase organisational efficiency by driving cross- functional cooperation
• To constantly improve knowledge and skills of staff, so as to ensure that staff is motivated and able to excel in their daily tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in business/marketing or technical field
• More than 5 years management experience in Marine, Protective and Deco Sales
• Good written/oral English with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strategic, dynamic with strong leadership
