Responsibilites:
- To lead local Sales team in delivering budget set for Marine, Protective and Decorative segment
- To ensure fulfilment of SBU’s financial goals and objectives through formulation, implementation and follow up on strategic plan
Tasks:
- To recruit, develop and retain an industry leading sales team
- To operate an effective sales management process with extensive use of Dynamics CRM system
- To proactively expand customer base and increase market share
- To increase organisational efficiency by driving cross- functional cooperation
- To constantly improve knowledge and skills of staff, so as to ensure that staff is motivated and able to excel in their daily tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in business/marketing or technical field
- More than 5 years management experience in Marine, Protective and Deco Sales
- Good written/oral English with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strategic, dynamic with strong leadership
